Prospective clients will receive information regarding Academic Studies and Military Training Units (LKU) prior to the commencement of the semester.
A conducive teaching and learning environment is provided. Academic programs comply with the credit load approved by the Ministry of Education (KPM), the UPNM Senate, and LKU, and are conducted according to the Training Management Plan (RPL) procedures. Clients are provided with academic guidance from Academic Advisors and military advice from the Battalion Commander.
Clients’ personal information, academic records, and military training data will be securely managed in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements, as stipulated in Section 2.8.
Clients who have fulfilled the program requirements and have been verified by the UPNM Senate may be awarded Executive Diplomas, Bachelor’s Degrees, Master’s Degrees, or Doctorates in their registered fields of study.
Clients who have been awarded a Bachelor’s Degree and completed all military training are eligible to be commissioned as Junior Officers of the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM). The effective date of commissioning shall be the date of final confirmation of examination results by the UPNM Senate or confirmation of LKU subject results by Board No. 3 ATM.
Client complaints that are not subject to third-party review will be resolved within seven (7) working days from the date the complaint is officially received.
