Legal Division

The University Legal Division is responsible for providing legal advisory services to the university’s management, faculties, and departments to ensure that all operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The division also undertakes the drafting and review of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, and other official documents to safeguard the interests of the university.

In addition, the Legal Division manages and coordinates litigation matters, claims, and legal issues involving the university, including liaising with external parties such as legal counsel, government agencies, and relevant authorities. The division plays an important role in strengthening governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, as well as providing legal input to support strategic decision-making and the sustainable operation of the university.
